Keeping a positive mental outlook is important in a person's health.
Because when you're happy you could do whatever you want
You can achieve the unachievable.

if you're feeling down, SING! It makes you less sad because you're altering your mind


Bottom line: Always smile. Be Positive!
and another tip, easy way to be happy is be with a person that makes you smile.
For example a special someone.
