Health Tip for the Day



I got this from a Biggest Loser commercial:
"If the body isn't hungry for sleep, it wouldn't be hungry for food either."

Bottom line is: Get enough sleep. It helps increase your metabolism.
Other than weight loss, it also help revitalize your skin.
And there's a lot more benefit of sleeping. I still have to research on them though
